Charging case LED does not light up when charging.

    I have a jaybird run XT case that has a gold prong that connects to the earbud to charge that has broke off. It has never been dropped or damaged and all I seem to get is a run around with the customer support number. All I need is a new case so I can charge my buds that I've only had since march of this year. I paid 179.00 for these and this should not have happened. I'm tired of getting a run around. I sent the pics, now send me a new case!
