    Hi i just purchased tarah pro this afternoon, paired with my iphone, installed app and exactly the same thing happened as described by Sean. Now after trying all of the above my earbuds are dead. Please assist.

    @Kim Jordan. I don't think there's anything you can do. The earbuds are totally bricked, and totally non responsive. You need to either contact customer support for a repair (they will just send a new one without requesting to send the bricked one back) or ask for a refund.

    Thanks Sean for getting back to me. I logged a case. So sad I didn’t even get to use them and I wanted to use them for the City to Surf on Sunday!

    I've just had the exact same issue happen to my brand new pair of Jaybird Vistas...

    Can you tell me how quickly they were able to turnaround a new pair for you?

    Also please let me know if you managed to have success updating that third pair of Tarah Pro's?
