No sound when trying to personalize the equalizer in the app.

    Please try to uninstall and re-install the Jaybird App. Please also check if you have selected the Tarah Pro as default for media audio.

    I may point out that I had a similar issue when trying to set up my Vistas, but which was resolved by:

    • Manually pausing any music being played (Jaybird App or Spotify), and
    • Closing the Jaybird App

    Upon re-starting the Jaybird app (with no music playing) I could hear sounds when using the personal EQ feature setup. I’m on iOS/iPhone.
