I tried this based on the previous thread but to no avail.

Please confirm if the resets that you have tried are following:

    - Factory reset

    1. Make sure your buds are powered off.

    2. From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.

    3. Double press the power button. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.

NOTE: When you reset your buds, you will lose any saved presets and any saved devices on the paired list. You’ll need to repair your buds to your Bluetooth device.

    - 8 Button process

    1. Firmly but quickly press the power button 8 times and then hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 2 times.

    2. When finished, plug the headset into the charger for 2.5 hours and check the color of the LED status lights.

    3. Power ON the device by holding the power button for 10 seconds or more.

NOTE: Most of the time if the headset turns RED, it will charge and function normally again. Make sure to fully charge the headset when the light is red.

    Hi Jaybird,

Any news on this question?  I haven't received any information from your end.

I purchased this last January 13, 2019 via Amazon and It is quite disappointing that the life of the product did not even reach one year.  If you want, i can email the order details.

Would be great if you could reply on this.

    Thanks and best regards,

    Rocky

    Hi Jaybird,

I contact you for support. However, it seems i am getting nowhere. Jaybird wants me to contact Blazing Prices after I provided all the necessary documents only to be informed that I should contact the vendor. Blazing Prices also informed me to contact Jaybird since Jaybird is the manufacturer of this product.

@Blazing Prices - Amazon Marketplace , attached herewith is the email from Jaybird.

@Support , i forwarded the email from Blazing Prices for your reference.

Again, it seems i am getting nowhere. I wouldn't be contacting if you only provided me a product that is not defective. After just a few months of use, it suddenly stopped working. My question to both you, what's in it for me now? A replacement of your defective product wont cost a fortune or an arm or a leg. This is really frustrating and with this you'll be losing customers.

    thanks and best regards,

    Rocky

    Hi Jaybird,

Just an update. Blazing Prices wants me to contact Amazon as they said they are responsible for shipment. This is really frustrating already and not even a concrete resolution.

    Attached is their email.

    Thanks and best regards,

    Hello Rocky,

Sorry for any confusion. Try the following instead:

    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2.5 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.
