    Hello Bruce,
Jaybird price-gouge on chargers in my region, so I only have one. The headphones appear to be charged though: the led goes green when I plug them in, not red...

Hey! Anyone there? I paid hundreds of dollars for these headphones, and they've just stopped working for no reason at all... Do you now expect me to pay another $30 for a small piece of plastic, so I can see if it is that part that is broken?? Is this just in the too hard basket now?... I really expected more when paying this much for what I thought was a decent piece of kit.

Great work Jaybird.  Just ignore the problem.  Fantastic.

Don't buy another charging clip. I tried that and it didn't help with this same problem at all. the only thing worse than the product is the customer service. I'm assuming my headphones are just done for good.

Yep, pretty sure mine are bricked too. They actually seemed to come back alive at one point, but now they're non responsive again. Maybe the battery is gone.
Sure would be nice if jaybird didn't plain ignore us half way through providing "support" though.

Hey   Im having the same problem with mine. Im also using my other charger from the last pair I had to replace.

So whats the deal Jaybird?  Are you going to back up your product? Or just going to dodge this? Be the corporate citizen you are expected to be and answer for yourselves!
