My x3s won't function even the specified amount of charging hours, worst it will only function while attached to the power source. Now, how am I to use it with my head plugged to the the electrical source. .

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X3 won't work without the charger. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

    Have you tried using a different charging cord or plug the X3 to a different power source? Using a different charging clip will help as well.

    I have already tried, chargin it to different power sources. The Jaybird app shows that it is 100% charge; however, when I take it off the charger (and power source) it turns off and won't open no matter what I do. I plug it again and it turns on. Are you saying that the charging cord is the one with a problem? Its so difficult to find a charging cord for this units  and I can't be sure that if I found one and buy it that my money won't be wasted for nothing. I'd like to know if there is a better suggestion than what you are offering though. Thanks.
