    Hi Bruce, can you please follow up again? I received an email saying someone was going to get back to me and haven't heard anything!! Pretty disappointing that you no longer support models that aren't that old - definitely wont be buying Jaybird again :(

    They are scammers. Don’t get replacement from JayBird, uses Beats instead.

    They actually honor their warranties.
