    I'am sorry that you are encountering audio problem with you Jaybird Tarah, I'd be more than happy to help you.

    If you’re experiencing issues with low or no sound coming from one side of your headphones, try the following:

    • Try connecting your headphones to another device to isolate the issue to the headphones. 
    • Try carefully cleaning sound channels by removing the ear tips and using something simple like a toothpick.
