You are such a bad company I had trouble with one of the X4 for over 1 month and you guys never contacted me back all your forum replies are the same answer as the guide such a bad company

    Same here! It's outrageous that no one has helped me with my issues the X4's stopped working on the * LEFT* Earbud, and stopped charging. It hasn't  been a YEAR yet.
