Is there any way of changing battery for the x3?

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X3 do not hold a charge. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

    Please note that we do not recommend or provide instructions on how to change the X3's internal battery. I've sent you an email with details on how we will proceed with this one.
