    May I know the duration and volume of the buzzing sound? Also, you can isolate the issue using a different device or a device with a different OS.

    Hey Bruce,

    I appreciate your quick response, the buzzing & clicking is at the same noise level all the time no matter if music is playing or not. I tried in my Pixel 3a, a Samsung, iPhone, and a Windows PC; same result. Just noise & clicking from the right ear bud. The battery seems to drain extremely fast due to this and the control runs hot... Is there any way I could get a replacement for these?
