    Hi Bruce ,

    I am facing the same issue.  My left earbud just stop charging about 1 week back.  The green light that shows up whenever I dock my left earbud into the charging case is no longer litted.  But the right one is doing just fine.  Please advise if there is a way to rectify this or how do I get an exchange.  Thank you.

    Hello Ernest,

    Thank you for posting.

    You can check the left cavity of the charging case, please make sure that the charging pins are clean and free of debris. Please make sure that the buds align before you close the charging case.

    Moreover, you can swap the cord you're using to charge the case/buds or plug to a different power source.
