    Hi Adam DuBard,

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Tarah stopped working. This is not the behavior and performance expected from the product.

Please try these suggestions that can help to resolve the issue of your headset:

    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

    Hey Bruce,

To say they "stopped working" isn't accurate. They never worked at all. From the second I opened these brand new headhphones they have not stayed on for more than 3 seconds. I tried charging my headphones through my computer for 2 hours, and they still said they were at 40% and turned off immediately after I turned them on. I do not know what QC process you all have for preparing your headphones, but quite frankly this is ridiculous. I have already arranged to have these replaced through the Google Store, who have been much more receptive than your customer service. I'm currently extremely frustrated and disappointed with Jaybird and sincerely hope my replacement headphones work or I will have to go in a different direction with my money.

    Thanks,
