    First, I'd like to know if the damage affects the sound. If not, we recommend against wrapping the wire too tightly and avoid crimping the wire.

    Store the buds in its original pouch or something more spacious.

    Hi,

    I´m afraid it affects the sound, there are cracks and weird sounds 

    And yes, always I carry them on its original pouch
