    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Run XT's left bud does not charge. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

    I am having the exact same problem and also tried the techniques I found online. I found this in FAQ:
    “My Right Jaybird Bud Plays Music And My Left Bud Says Connect Other Ear Bud When I Press The Button, What Do I Do?” Followed all of the steps, but it didn’t work, confirming that it has no power. Please help!

    I'm also having an issue with the left bud not charging. This seems to be a general issue with the quality of the left bud. Is there any fix for this? Is a new left bud required or a new charging case?
