    Using google translate, I understand that your Jaybird Run disconnects when skipping songs on Spotify. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

    This is not the behavior and performance expected from the product.

    Please check if your buds a re selected as default for media audio. You can also do a reset as listed here:
