My apologies to the tech reading this. This is not directed at you. The garbage Jaybird calls hardware consistently does one thing over and over again, and that’s FAIL. I’ve tried all of the band aid resets, resyncs, but the left bud keeps cutting out. Jaybird can’t be bothered to update the firmware past 1.1? Unless, you have some superfix that hasn’t been mentioned, I’m fucked out of $180. I will never buy Jaybird again period, and given the 2000+ posts for the run, probably many more customers feel as I do.
