Can't connect Spotify to my account via the Jaybird app
Every time I try to connect Spotify on the Jaybird app, it just says it's loading. One time I tried it just before bed and let it sit all night. When I woke up, Spotify still wasn't connected. Any help with that?

Can you to uninstall and re-install the Jaybird App prior to connecting or logging into your Spotify account?
Also, we can further isolate the issue by installing the Jaybird App to a different device or a device with a different OS to learn where the problem is originating from.

I had the same issue. Only with android app, IPad was OK
Solution: You need to uninstall the Spotify app as well. When Spotify app uninstalled, install Jaybird app, log into your account and you will get an option to connect with Spotify. Go ahead and select that then login to the Spotify website screen that comes up. You then get a permission screen from Spotify asking you if your OK with linking your Spotify account with Jaybird. Click yes then a few seconds later you will be connected and able to access Spotify from Jaybird app and access the Spotify music lists available on Jaybird app
