    Hi Hamzatahir14,

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X4's right bud stopped working. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

    Please check your buds are clean and free of debris.

    Here is a list of steps for the Factory Reset that will help resolve the issue:

    1. Put your buds in pairing mode. Turn the buds off, then press and hold the Power Button for more than 4 sec until you see alternating red/green LED.
    2. While the LED is flashing red / green double press the Power Button.
    3. The LED will turn orange and your buds will turn off.

    You can further isolate the issue by testing using a different device or a device with a different OS and checking the voice prompts if it plays on both sides.

    Having the same problem. Right bud has stopped working after intermittently giving sound. I have had the product less than year and would like to use the warranty, but its been difficult to find out how to do that.

    Yes I applied for the warranty claim giving them all proofs of purchase it's been 15 days but no proper reply from jaybird they are still saying that replacement process would take 10-15 days. I previously owned jaybird x3s they had no issue at all. But with the X4 within 2 months the right ear bud is dead. It's a widespread issue. I have checked the forums. I would suggest you to apply for warranty claim online. If they're not able to solve the problem I'm a tech YouTuber and I'll show people the reality of jaybird's customer care and service.
