    Hi Aaron Hanson,

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Tarah Pro won't charge or turn on. This is not the behavior and performance expected from the product.

Please try these suggestions that can help to resolve the issue of your headset:

    - Computers are the best and safest method, as is anything 1 AMP or less.
    - Try a different power source/charger
    - Car chargers produce a much greater power supply and should be avoided.
    - Over-charging the battery will quickly reduce the life of the headphones, so in addition to monitoring the power supply, limit the charge time to 2 hours,
    - To get the most out of your battery it is recommended to charge the buds when the low battery status is indicated.
    - Avoid charging your headphones after exposure to sweat.
    - Make sure charging port/cradle is clear of any debris.

I got my Tarah Pro's for my birthday on April 16th so its been 3 days that I have had these headphones. On the 19th I started having literally the same exact issue. My headphones were working flawlessly and then I put them down on the kitchen table and when I came back no LED, no Charge, and no response to anything I try including the hard and soft reset. If there is a way to fix this please let me know asap but if not. How long will it take to get them replaced?

Just got my Tarah pro today. Similar issue. Mine is fully charged, yet I can't turn it on when I take it off the charger. I haven't even actually used it yet
