    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X4's right bud stopped working. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

    Can you check if your X4's right bud is clean and free of debris?

    Hi Bruce. 

    No there isn't any debris and they are clean. They have also never been submerged, even though they are waterproof. 

    As I said, it's the second time this has happened to me on my last 2 pairs, a pattern is emerging.

    Exactly this is outrageous and this isn't working or helpful. My * LEFT* Earbuds from Jaybirds aren't working the customer support lacks as they say the same exact thing or repeat the same message to different customers. Jaybird has just lost a customer from their faulty, and outrageously unacceptable helpless unanswered answers.
