The right bud of my X4's has stopped working within 6 months of use.
This is the second pair to stop working with 6 months of buying. My Freedoms did the same and Jaybird managed to slip out of a warranty claim for numerous ridiculous reasons after contacting them multiple times. One being that I couldn't register them because THEY changed the registration process and just kept telling me to try again, but there was never an option to register every time they told me to try again. It was like banging my head against a brick wall. I wonder if they will do the same with my current pair of headphones.
I have been a Jaybird customer for a long time, starting with the Bluebuds which lasted me for years and I do not appreciate the lack of customer support or integrity when it comes to (expensive) faulty headsets. Have Jaybird just decided to ignore and write off their customers once they have their money?!
I have tried the reset and all options to get them working. Nothing works.
