    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Freedom's left bud do not work. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

    Please check if your buds are clean and free of debris. You can further isolate the issue by testing with a different device or a device with a different OS.

    The buds are clean and free of debris.

    And I tried testing with a different device or a device with a different OS and the problem persists. 

    Reading comments on this section tho I could find that this is a recurring problem and no solution is ever given. 

    Its a shame that nothing is done for the consumers
