    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Tarah stopped working.

    Please note that Jaybird Tarah are designed to handle rain, mud, and outdoor adventures.

    Jaybird Tarah earbuds are not designed for swimming, showering, or exposure to pool or ocean water. Please note that Bluetooth does not transmit in water.

    In the case of exposure to salt- or chlorinated water, rinse the earbuds gently with fresh water and air dry before using them. The charging cradle is not water resistant, so please ensure your earbuds are completely dry before charging.
