    The exact thing is happening with me.

    I have done the resets as well, and I cant get the software update to even recognize that my case is plugged in. So, I cant do the software update. 

    I have a really hard time with the left earbud. It always cuts out. This happens on a daily basis. I use them at work, and gym afterwards. I have to put it back in the case and take it back out in order for it to kick on. Kinda frustrating and needing some help??
