My Jaybird Run earbuds will not connect to Jaybird App. I tried everything suggested on your page. I use a a ipod touch 6 generation. also have Jaybird Tarah Pro buds that connect with no problem. How do I get the "Run" buds to connect?

    Thank you for your joining the Jaybird community and for posting your query. I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Run cannot connect to the Jaybird App.

     

    Please try the following to resolve the issue of your headset:

     

    1. Forget/ Remove Jaybird RUN in the Bluetooth settings of your phone.

    2. With the Right bud turned off, press and hold the right button to enter pairing mode. The audio prompt will say “Go to Bluetooth Settings and select Jaybird RUN”.

    3. While in pairing mode, double press the right button again to perform a reset. You will hear a series of beeps followed by “Power off".

    4. Power on the Right bud again and it will automatically enter pairing mode.

    5. Pair Jaybird RUN via iOS Bluetooth Settings.

    6. Launch the app again and wait for connection.

    7. You should see a “Bluetooth Pairing Request” pop up on screen.

    8. You will need to tap “Pair” on this message and Jaybird RUN should connect to the app successfully.

     

    You can also uninstall/re-install the Jaybird App prior to pairing.
