The app does not recognize/connect with the ear buds. I have removed and reinstalled the app with no luck

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Run XT do not connect to the Jaybird App.


    Please advise what device you used? Please also try if you can connect using a different device or a device with a different OS.

    Thanks for the response. Using an iphone8 and don’t have an OS option
