    Dear customer support,

    this is Kazu from Malaysia, I'm using X4 as well.

    From yesterday, I have had the same situation which X4's light doesn't turn off even though I completely turn the X4 off.

    and I found the same situation in the community.

    I've been using it for only three months.

    How can I solve this problem?

    I have the same issue, the red led is not turning off, i use the headphone sice the end of July 2019, less than 2 weeks.

    Cal Segeal, i have returned it, they did not reply me back, luckly trough amazon the return was free and i have been refounded, i bought JBL Reflect Mini 2, and i am very happy with it. Fits my ears, are really comfy, i made a semi marathon with them, no connection problem. Good luck
