My Siri doesn’t work with my Jaybird 4, how do I fix it??

    Hi Lindasteinrd,


    I am sorry to hear that Siri does not work with your Jaybird X4. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.


    Please follow the steps below to reset your buds to resolve the issue:


    1. Put your buds in pairing mode. Turn the buds off, then press and hold the Power Button for more than 4 sec until you see alternating red/green LED.

    2. While the LED is flashing red / green double press the Power Button.

    3. The LED will turn orange and your buds will turn off.

    i have the same issue, siri not working with my x4!

    I did the procedure you suggested  but did not worked for me neither, 

    can you please help me to get to siri working via x4?
