My right ear bud is messed up

    Hello Yert,

     

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Freedom 2's left bud is not the same as the right. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Please do this on the Jaybird App:

     

    Go to Menu > Settings > Switch Left / Right Audio.

    When enabled, your left and right audio channels will be reversed.

    NOTE: You may also need to restart your headphones for the updated settings to take effect.

     

    Check the buds as well, make sure they are clean and free from debris.
