Won’t connect to either App or Bluetooth anymore

    Please follow these troubleshooting steps that can help resolve this issue: 


    -Turn off your phone's Bluetooth 

    -Forget any previously paired devices

    -Power cycle your phone


    You can further isolate the issue by testing with a different device or a device with a different OS.
