I have Jaybird Run and i can connect the ear buds through Bluetooth but it doesnt sync with the Jaybird App.

    Let's do a fresh install. Please uninstall and re-install the Jaybird App. Restart your device prior to re-installing.


    You can also isolate the issue by connecting to a different device or a device with a different OS. Kindly forward me any error messages if you encounter any.
