    Hi Magz,

     

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Run charging case is not charging. This is not the behavior and performance expected from the product. 

     

    Please check if the case is clean and free or dust/debris. Make sure the prongs on the case connect to the buds properly and that the case is securely closed.
