How to fix random shutoff?

    Hi EEO,


    I am sorry to hear that your Bluebuds X is turning off. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.


    Here is a list of steps for the Factory Reset that will help resolve the issue:


    1.Make sure your buds are powered off.

    2.From an off state, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds until the LEDs flash red and green.

    3.Hold both volume buttons for eight (8) seconds. The LED will flash rapidly and you should hear a double tone. Your buds have now been reset.

    So I have it a try.... 1. I get the red/green 2. I hear the double tone chirp noise 3. I hear “searching for device” But now it won’t connect at all, and device is flashing red/green while searching ... I then power off and on but it goes back to searching for device and won’t connect.
