My left earbud unable to connect and sync with my right earbud

    I am sorry to know that you cannot connect your Jaybird Run XT's left bud. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

    I just purchased my Jaybirds and I have the exact same problem. My right earbud has music playing away from my phone, left, nothing! I push the button on the left earbud and it just keeps saying "turn on the other earbud". I have un-pair the earbuds, I've reset them, I've don't every thing suggested by your company and nothing. Why do I have the feeling there is no fix? The design is just junk? Why, oh, why didn't I google about problems with Jaybird before I purchased these? Seems like everybody in the world has connection problems in one form or another. Not sure who the head of development that approved these for production is, but I'd fire him/her if I were you. Guess they'll be returned and a very bad review given.
