My right earbud has NO audio. It did have sound when I first used it, but stopped randomly. The functions work- it does pair, turns on/off but you do not hear the voice or tone that says it’s powered on or off. I have reset the buds & followed all the troubleshooting steps provided in the Jaybird app- but no change. The left bud works fine but since the right is the one connected to phone calls, it has become useless. I just purchased this in March & has been an ‘ok’ experience. Not as amazing as the salesperson convinced me. Any suggestions??
