    Hello Nnewman2651,

Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query. I can definitely help you with this one.

Sound quality is a key focus in our product development process. We use high quality components and standards to ensure optimal audio performance. Jaybird RUN XT uses the recommended Bluetooth Standard parameters to encode and decode audio played by the source device. The quality of the audio is dependent on the source device (type of phone, tablet) as well as the audio source quality (e.g. streaming quality on Spotify or other services)

    Warm Regards,

Thank you, I haven't experienced this problem with my last few pairs of Bluetooth headphones. I've been looking to upgrade to better sound quality but it looks like I'll just need to return them.

    ?

    Thanks? though.

They have no interest in fixing this issue. They don't care that not everybody just runs around to listen to music. Some people use a treadmill and watch videos. I just bought mine and am pissed off about this issue. Back to the store they go. Wake up Jaybird listen to your users. Jabra Bose JBL nor Don't have this issue, why do you?
