My pause button only seems to stop the music, to re start i have to using my phone, while cycling this is extremely annoying., has any once else had these issues?

    Hi Samparkin,

     

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird X4's middle button does not pause the music. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    Please follow the reset steps below to resolve the issue of your headset:

     

    1. Put your buds in pairing mode. Turn the buds off, then press and hold the Power Button for more than 4 sec until you see alternating red/green LED.

    2. While the LED is flashing red / green double press the Power Button.

    3. The LED will turn orange and your buds will turn off.

     

    You can further isolate the issue by using a different App and making sure your buds are selected as default for media audio.
