Tarah Pros will not pair with Macbook

    The Tarah Pros pair with my iphone 8 no problem and if I reset them and try to get them to connect to my Macbook it'll say its connected the first time I try it but then no music plays and they will disconnect after 10 to 15 seconds. When i try to reconnect them it wont even connect

    Same problem here! I cannot seem to connect Tarah to my Macbook. I've tried to reset them as recommended (soft, hard and factory reset) but nothing changed: Tarah is not visible as a device for my Mac. 
    Especially since it is dreading so much power, it seems to be a no-go for my phone. So if I cannot connect with mac, I will need to return...

    Hi Jaybird, I just bought your product tarah pro. It works great on my iphone X but it is not being recognized on my Macbook pro. Do you already have a resolution on this. Thanks!

    Update:

    I tried putting anywhere near the book. Connection went in left side of the keyboard. Works great! Best earphone I have.
