I have new, straight out of the packet Tarah Pro’s. When I turn on the headphones, I hear the ”turning on” sound and the voice ”Battery 80 percent.” The light on the headphones doesn’t start blinking as it should for the mark of it trying to find a connectable device. The headphones should play the voice prompt ”Ready to pair” but it doesn’t.
Although I can find the earphones in the available bluetooth devices list on my phone. When I press the choice ”Tarah Pro” I get the message ”Can’t connect because of a wrong pin code.” I don’t even get a choice to type in a code, just the message. After turning off and on again my phone, I now can’t even find my headphones on the devices list. The earphones’ name doesn’t even appear on my other bluetooth devices’ lists. The earphones aren’t connected to any other devices in my house. I thought about that as a reason why they don’t connect to my phone. I checked every single one of my bluetooth devices, and they can’t find my earphones. I have tried to reset my earphones, charge them, read the answered questions on the Jaybird website, and still I haven’t found the solve to this problem. I really wish to get these working.
