I'm looking for a place to purchase a charging cable for my tahara pros. I left them behind at the airport :/ I have been unable to find the charging cable by itself and don't/ won't drop another $160 for a whole new package. Please help.

There isn't any anywhere; Bruce says soon, still nothing 2 months after release. A big fat bs.

C'mon Jaybird. I wonder if there's a mailing list I can get on to get notified. Note to self. It'd b nice to have an available charging cord accessory available at the same time the new product is released.

i have been told i need to go through package forwarding companies and pay for international shipping to get one in Australia. an absolute joke. this would also indicate they are available in the US.

    Hi yoopertrooper,

Thank you for joining the community and posting your query.

The Tarah Pro charger is not yet available on our website. I will check on this and see if we can get an ETA when this will be available. We appreciate your suggestion as well.

@Dougy G, currently, we released the Tarah Charging Cradle but not the Tarah Pro ones. Sorry if there were any confusion. This post is tagged under Tarah Pro.

Feel free to reach back to us by replying to this post or contacting our other support channels at https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-us/support.html

    Warm Regards,

Dougy G, talk with Arianne Joy with Customer Experience ;) Jaybird is hooking me up with a free one time charging cable. They forwarded my request for one and it's pending approval. I hope I get it soon so I can shout from the mountain tops my positive experience with Jaybird!

Apparently they can send me one from the US ( indicating they are available in the US), but I need to organised a package forwarding address and pay for international shipping. But then I'm told they aren't available. On Wed, 23 Jan. 2019, 6:52 am Jaybird Community < customercare@jaybirdsport.com wrote:

It is incredibly frustrating that Jaybird does not yet have Tarah Pro Accessories available for purchase (extra charging cables, replacement ear gels, etc.), particularly given the proprietary design of the charger and silicone ear gels which are entirely unique and not compatible with any other standards for bluetooth headphones. Absolutely ridiculous for a product in this price range. We bought two pairs of these for our older kids for Christmas. We already own three models from other series (Jaybird X3 & X4) and only bought these for the long battery life and because we like the X3 & X4. Jaybird - get this sorted - or you have lost a customer for life.

I researched these headphones, but did not bother to check into available ?accessories. Come on Jaybird, wtf. I can get along for now, but would be really angry if I needed to replace the charger or earbuds soon

Why proprietary cable? I am returning tarah pro as Micro usb or type c should be adopted by these not so cheap earphones. Beatsx and powerbeats are cheaper and use micro usb and lighting cable. Bose and sony have adopted either micro usb or type c 😣

They initially said the option I mentioned above was the best they can do?. After providing proof of purchase and photo, they have gone away and stated they will work on a better solution. Watch this space. Disappointing, as I love the earphones.

Can you send it to me? I'd like to provide you my postal address (Belgium) but I don't want to send it this way. :)

I actually found my charging cable in a pair of shorts YAY.

Still hope they get it in the store real quick, as would be handy to know I can just buy another if need be.

    Good luck guys!

Is the charger for the Tarrah the same as the Tarrah pro? I just see a Tarrah one on their store.
