    Hello Icebun,

Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query. I can definitely help you with this one.

I believe you're wearing the Tarah Pro too tightly that's why you're hearing this. The cable might be rubbing against your clothes.

Please make sure you get a nice snug (but not too tight) fit on the ear tips and use the speed cinch.

Thanks Bruce. Seems like the noise transmission is common with in ear headphones that reach into the ear canal. When I went for a run in these, I could hear myself pounding the concrete. I simply don’t experience this with headphones that are not in ear, as it were. Sent from my mobile device.

I was having similar issues in the beginning, until I experimented with just about every size of earbud. I finally found a size that fits almost perfectly - they stay secure, and I don’t hear the pounding on the treadmill like I did before. At worst I hear slight clicking which is the noise the tips make against my ear but that’s only in between songs.

im going to try these with the fit I found on a real

outdoor run - I’ll let you know how it goes. For me, anyway, getting the right fit solved that issue you’re having for me...but it took a ton of trial and error.

    Hi XCman,

never tried the other ear moulds as I did not want to break the seal on them and possibly affect my returns status.

To be honest with the default size fitted I found the wing tips too short which meant that I would have to use the largest one which would have meant a larger insert going into the ear canal which I did not fancy as it was quite a tight fitting now.

Yes please do let me know if this resolves the issue.

Apart from this I do think these are the best features out there on the market.

To be honest, the ones that sit on but not in the ear canal like the iPhone ones have never caused me problems.

Once again, really appreciate the detailed response.

I have only used the ear buds that came with the Tarah Pro. @ Iceburn, I have to say I agree with you re: the fit. I tried all of the combinations, and the only ones that worked well were the largest ones for both ears. However, my ear hurts have using them for 30 minutes or more, which is never good. Also, I keep getting a slight clicking noise which I know is the sound of the bud/tip rubbing against my ear. It's super annoying.

kinda good to to know I am not alone.

In the end I have admitted defeat and am going to return them.

All things considered, if you are able to tolerate in ear headphones, these are probably the best on the market.

    Just not for me.

Be good to know what you guys end up doing.
