Tarahs will no longer pair.

    I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Tarah will not pair. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.


    The clicking tone after the battery level announcement as well as the voice prompt "ready to pair" means that the Jaybird Tarah is in pairing mode.


    Please make sure you're holding the middle button till the bud's LED flash white, check if they show up on your phone's Bluetooth list.


    If you previously paired your Jaybird Tarah, please delete the Bluetooth profile prior to re-pairing. You can also test pairing with other devices or devices with a different OS.

    Thank you very much for the reply, but unfortunately I can not get this device into pairing mode no matter what I do. There is no "ready to pair" voice prompt, for example. The only prompt I can elicit from it is "Battery fully charged".


    I've removed the bluetooth profile from my two available devices (a macbook running mojave and an iphone 5 running IOS 12.2).


    Any more ideas?
