Having trouble pairing new jaybird Tarah headphones to my 2018 Macbook Air... Any suggestions? thanks

    Hello jcat,

    I am sorry to hear that your new Tarah is having issues with pairing. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

    Are the buds currently or have they been paired to any other device previously?

    Can you confirm the phone is the only enabled and paired BT device in the vicinity?

    We need to do some steps:

    -Move the headphone closer to audio source.

    -Try different Music App

    -Disconnect Audio source other Bluetooth devices and 3rd party apps

    -Try different audio source or Phone

    This is the same issue that I am having with my J3. I have a MacBook and it doesnt seem to find it under the bluetooth devices nearby. And yes, it's the only bluetooth device nearby. I usually link it up to my phone and it works just fine.
