I have owned my Jaybird Tarah earphones for a total of three months and they functioned without issue for said three months. However, the left channel earbud's volume has been steadily decreasing over the past week, without prompt. I don't use them in particularly stressful environments and have taken care of them throughout the three months. Have done soft and hard resets, looked through the app for sound settings that would be relevant (none are), downloaded new firmware, and tested on multiple devices but reported the same problem.
