    Hello there,

I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Tarah keeps disconnecting. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

If you experience issues with the audio cutting in and out, or dropping out, try the following suggestions.

-Move your earbuds and your Bluetooth audio device closer as you may be experiencing Bluetooth interference. While the range of most Bluetooth devices is 10 meters (33 feet), the optimal range for any Bluetooth stereo device is about 60 centimeters (2 feet) from the audio source.

-Your earbuds Bluetooth antenna is located in the inline remote. Try moving your audio device closer to the side where the inline remote is located. For example, you can try moving your audio device to your right pocket instead of your left.

-Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning your device's Bluetooth off for one minute and then back on.

-Turn your audio device off and then back on.

    Hi,  Thank you for the response. I have tried the steps you suggested with no improvement. Do you have any other fixes? Or do I have a defective set of earbuds?  Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android On Wed, Mar 13, 2019 at 10:09 AM, Jaybird Community wrote: @media screen and ( _filtered_a ){#yiv4706256274 html {}#yiv4706256274 table.yiv4706256274container {width:100% !important;}#yiv4706256274 .yiv4706256274hidden-for-mobile {display:none !important;}#yiv4706256274 .yiv4706256274callToAction, #yiv4706256274 .yiv4706256274callToAction td, #yiv4706256274 .yiv4706256274footer {font-size:12px !important;}#yiv4706256274 .yiv4706256274button .yiv4706256274text {font-size:12px !important;}#yiv4706256274 .yiv4706256274defaultIndentation {width:10 !important;}#yiv4706256274 .yiv4706256274text {font-size:12px !important;}#yiv4706256274 a.yiv4706256274button {width:96 !important;}#yiv4706256274 a.yiv4706256274buttonWide {width:118 !important;}#yiv4706256274 a.yiv4706256274buttonAuto {padding-left:1em !important;padding-right:1em !important;}#yiv4706256274 a.yiv4706256274button, #yiv4706256274 a.yiv4706256274buttonWide, #yiv4706256274 a.yiv4706256274buttonAuto {min-height:23 !important;line-height:23px !important;border-radius:4px !important;}#yiv4706256274 td.yiv4706256274buttonWrapper {width:98 !important;min-height:23 !important;}#yiv4706256274 img {display:inline !important;}#yiv4706256274 .yiv4706256274circle {border-radius:50%;}#yiv4706256274 .yiv4706256274square {border-radius:10%;}}@media screen and ( _filtered_a ){#yiv4706256274 table.yiv4706256274container {width:600px !important;}}@media screen { _filtered #yiv4706256274 {font-family:'Salesforce Sans';font-style:normal;}#yiv4706256274 #yiv4706256274 a, #yiv4706256274 a:visited {color:#015BA7;text-decoration:none;}#yiv4706256274 img {display:block;}#yiv4706256274 .yiv4706256274preheader {display:none !important;}#yiv4706256274 table {border-collapse:collapse;}Hello there, I am sorry to hear that your Jaybird Tarah keeps disconnecting. This keeps happening to me too! I've reset my buds a million times and that solves it temporarily, but once I turn them off and have to pair them again, the problem comes back.

It's ridiculous that I have to reset my buds every single time I want to use them!
