    First, can you provide the link where you updated the firmware from? Please note that there are no firmware updates for Tarah, we have one for these models: X3, Run and Freedom 5.

    In the jaybird ?app there was a firmware update. I updated mine. My wife did the same but hers stopped world after. Unfortunately we didn't get a reply soon enough so we exchanged at the store for a new pair. Thanks for the reply.

    As mentioned, there is no firmware update for the Jaybird Tarah. Can you check the box what model it is? Or can you confirm that it was indeed a firmware update and not an update for the App?
