    Hello Davidme,

Thank you for joining the community and posting your query. I can definitely help you with this one.

Yes, you can connect your Jaybird Tarah to your laptop as long as it has built-in bluetooth. Here are the instructions:

    1. Turn your Tarah earbuds on by holding the middle button until the LED blinks white and you hear the “Ready to pair. Download the Jaybird App for an assisted setup” voice prompt.

    2. On your Bluetooth audio device go to the Bluetooth set up menu and find ‘Jaybird Tarah’ on the available devices list. On some devices, you may have to scan for available Bluetooth devices.

    3. Select ‘Jaybird Tarah’ on the list to connect. Once connected, the white LED will turn off and you will hear the “Connected” voice prompt.

I'm having issue connecting my Tarah to my Win 7 computer as well.  I've performed the above instructions to no avail.  It says drivers not installed... Wondering if it is an issue of a) not needing drivers, b) needing drivers but unable to download, c) other?  Please help?

    Hello DisplacedTexan2018,

Thank you for joining the community and for posting your query.

Kindly check if your computer supports Bluetooth 5.0 (Jaybird Tarah bluetooth version). Usually, Windows 7 only supports bluetooth 3.0 and lower.

Even if you download an updated driver, if the built-in bluetooth is only compatible with bluetooth 3.0 it will still not connect.

You can use it with other devices like your mobile phone (check bluetooth version as well) to further isolate the issue.
