    I am experiencing the exact same problem / you can't get them to reset either - non responsive power button.

     

    Hello tech dept - anyone have a solution?

    I have the same issue with my six month earbuds, won't turn on, green lights on charge, can't reset.

     

    Should I return them to the retailer?

    I also have this issue. It just started today. Although the battery life was never above 4 hours, even when I first got them, so I wonder if I got a defective set of buds all around.?

    Im now on my 5th set, keeps happening, this product is expensive garbage

    exact same problem here … has there been a response from Jaybird? is there a solution? or do we need to return it under the warranty?
