Thanks to Ms. H of Jaybird customer service for her prompt and helpful assistance. I should receive my replacement X4 in a couple of weeks.

I have exactly the same problem after a week and to make things worse they are a replacement pair for - you've guessed it - not powering on.

May I ask if your X4 has a serial number printed on it? Support asked me for the number on mine, but I can't find one. My X2 and X3 headphones did have one, so I know what it should look like.

I'm starting to be concerned mine are not authentic despite buying them from Amazon at full price. 😩

Jaybird will need to replace the headphones. There is no other solution
