    Hello Devla,

     

    I am sorry to hear that you always have to relaunch the app and replay the video each time to play audio. This is not the quality we're expecting from our product.

     

    We would like to know if this happens to just one phone or device or have you tried it on a different one and same issue?

     

    Kindly try these suggestions and we can check if this will work out.

    - Ensure that the audio source has the latest updates installed.

    - Perform a soft and hard reset: https://jaybirdsport.com/en-us/run-faq.html#reset

    *To soft reset your right earbud:

    1.Place your right earbud into the charge case and close the lid.

    2.Open the charge case and remove your earbud.

    If the soft reset did not work,please do the hard reset

    *To hard reset your right earbud:

    1.Turn off your right earbud by pressing the right multifunction button for 3 seconds.

    2.With your right earbud off, press and hold the right multifunction button for 6 seconds until the LED flashes green.

    3.Double press the right multifunction button. The LED will flash orange and the earbud will turn off. Your earbud has now been reset.

    - Update the firmware of the headset.

    - Move the headset and audio source away from other wireless devices and strong power source to prevent any interference.

    I’ve both soft and hard reset the device multiple times, hasn’t resolved the issue.

     

    I’ve replicated this issue and it happens on multiple iPhones and Android devices. Also it occurs when using Apple Music or Spotify.

     

    What else can I do now?

    You can fix it in the following ways.
    1. Update the instagram social networking applications, ....
    2. Edit the volume in the phone device.
    3. If not, you can replace instagram with gb instagram apk to fix the error.
    4. Review device mode to keep silent.
