Here is what I have tried:
- I had a previous version of the firmware updater so I updated it to the latest version i.e. 1.1.0.
- I followed the instructions described on the app but Windows 10 does not recognize the device. Device manager in win 10 shows an error - Unknown device.
- I had reset the right ear bud to factory default and even then Windows 10 did not recognize the device.
- I am using the micro USB cable that came with the headphones but still no success.
